Biden won't send US troops to Ukraine, but that isn't stopping these veterans from helping

The Biden administration committed to $1.7 billion dollars in aide for Ukraine but it doesn't include sending US troops. CNN meets US military veterans who are stepping in to help train Ukrainian soldiers to fight against the Russian military.
